(1) | On March 31, 2011, Mr. Moskowitz purchased subscription rights to purchase shares of our common stock through a rights offering available to all stockholders of record on March 31, 2011. Each subscription right entitled the holder of the subscription right the opportunity to purchase one Class A Offered Warrant and one Class B Offered Warrant at the exercise price of $0.04. The Class A Offered Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one share of our common stock at $5.50, for a period of 5 years following September 30, 2011. The Class B Offered Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one share of our common stock at $7.00, for a period of 5 years following September 30, 2011. |
